My handsome Brazilian man servant ( don’t you just love that expression guys ) beat a hasty retreat to the garden, and I just simply canot tell you what then ensued. That is, for at least 3 or 4 days, while I calm down, and turn my attention to other matters. For those desperate for showbiz gossip I am, instead, giving you a piece of exclusive info from a fashion insider. Poor Kate Moss has been very unwell for days and hasn’t been able to smoke, drink, and barely eaten a thing, which means she’s lost some of her new paunch. Consequently she couldn’t make it to her best friend, Sadie Frost’s, Frost French fashion launch yesterday and has also had to cancel two very lucrative modelling shoots this week. Now there, you’ve all calmed down and I’ve made up for the temporary blank on all things vicarly.I also want to say that Gordon Brown needs a little rescuing in his severe hour of need, not because of anything to do with his own temperament, but because he has a very amiable little brother, Andrew. And that is a big plus point when you’re being stripped of all your supporters. Andrew was such a lovely chap when we were at Edinburgh University together and helped me to feel less homesick. He wore light blue bell bottoms, had long wavy black hair, and a very nice, shy way about him. I was genuinely fond of him and it was possibly mutual. He was in my room often enough !Thanks for all the e mail comments you’ve been sending. Be good if you could put them on WordPress as well, click in the right hand box. See you tomorrow
